Hungry, hungry hostellers now get an extra treat when they stay at the San Francisco City Center Hostel — all-you-can-eat pancakes and eggs!
The pancakes and eggs, which cost just $1 each per person ($2 for both) for an unlimited supply, are in addition to the free breakfast also offered in the hostel cafe.
Visit Ivy’s Place — the Prohibition-era cafe downstairs — for pancakes and eggs cooked fresh by hostel staff from 8:30-10:30 a.m. The regular free breakfast of orange juice, black or herbal tea, fair-trade organic French roast coffee, and toast and freshly baked bagels with butter, jam, or cream cheese is available from 7:30-11:30 a.m. Guests with dietary restrictions should talk to hostel staff, as some alternative options are available.
For late risers or hostellers looking to get even more creative with breakfast, the hostel also has a fully equipped guest kitchen. Free coffee and tea are available to guests 24 hours a day.
